We are now selling all our releases on bandcamp
They are all still available to buy on itunes and elsewhere, but we encourage you to buy direct from bandcamp where possible. Not only is it a more direct way of supporting the label and artists, but you can also download in the format of your choice, including FLAC, WAV, etc.

Petrels - Haeligewielle

The new release on Tartaruga will be the debut Petrels album, Haeligewielle. This will be available for sale from 25 April, though we might be taking some pre-orders a bit earlier, once we get everything up on the site... in a few days head to the releases page for some more info on the record. We will also have some super-limited posters available for the record, and speaking of posters, check out the shop for some new BHN posters and t-shirts.

Bleeding Heart Narrative - Perun

Perun, a new Bleeding Heart Narrative track, is released as a download-only single on 6 December 2010. The release will feature three remixes of the track, plus an exclusive other song, and will be available to buy for a low price from all major online stores. Corvidae Posters in stock

We've just finished screenprinting some very limited edition posters to celebrate the release of Corvidae from These Feathers Have Plumes. Just 16 posters have been produced, which can be purchased exclusively from this website either separately or together with the CD (for a reduced price). Featuring a stunning design from Louis Caldarola and screenprinted in three colours on thick 280g paper, we are very happy with these. For more information click here.

These Feathers Have Plumes

Tartaruga are delighted to announce the forthcoming release, available next month, will be by These Feathers Have Plumes, with an album entitled Corvidae. After a couple of releases on the fantastic cassette label Period Tapes, this is the first full-length CD release from the London-based artist. More details, including pictures of the beautiful artwork and some sound samples will be available on the Tartaruga website within the next couple of weeks.
